DESIGN

This listing refers to the following colour scheme: bright copper hue on a deep back background with individual factors drawn in white and light purple for person 1 and person 2 respectively as shown in the sample pictures.
We do not use foil in our prints. The colour option “copper” refers to the colour hue rather than material. If you are interested in other colours or metallic foil prints, please visit our Synastry or Foil Prints sections. If you would like a custom colour, please get in touch and we will work with you to create your ideal print.

PERSONALISATION

To create your chart, we need the date, time and place of birth for both partners. Please note that we expect the personalisation data to be given in dd.mm.yyyy format for the date and the 24h notation hh:mm for the time of birth. When in doubt, please write the month as a word. Please provide the names in the form you want them to appear on your synastry chart.

The chart elements for person 1 appear in the inner, and those for person 2 in the outer circle.

Note that we will send you a low-resolution copy of your custom print asking for your feedback, which we need ASAP, so please check your emails!

This print comes on Enhanced Matte Art EMA – Enhanced Matte Art – Fine Art museum quality paper in A4 (21×29.7cm / 8.3×11.7″) format in portrait orientation with the following characteristics:

PRODUCTION PROCESS AND TIME

Production starts with us creating the digital image of your chart which takes 1-2 days. After that, the order is sent to our fulfilment partner for printing and shipping which can take another 3-9 days, depending on the seasonal workload and shipping option.
Your timely feedback is crucial to match the processing time. Please regularly check for our messages after placing the order and before its postage. Due to Etsy’s limited order processing time, we will proceed with the print production after 24 hours of waiting time for your approval.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering this service, you agree that your address details will be given to our print-on-demand partner for fulfilment and shipping purposes. We will take care that your data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted after your order is processed.

RETURNS

For personalised items such as prints based on individual birth charts, we can only accept returns for reasons of unsatisfactory production quality. In this case, the item will be replaced or refunded.
