For selling these products, the Company maintains an eCommerce Website which is based on WooCommerce and WordPress services and a variety of its plug-ins to allow for the functionality of the website, the integrated online shop, and the online payments hereafter referred to as the Service. All Products offered on the Website are subject to availability.
The sample images and descriptions of Products on the Website are for illustration purposes only as there always will be small discrepancies in the size, colour and other characteristics of any products. The latter is especially true for Products with the personalisation option. This section of our products often yields unique designs for every set of Personal Data we collect for this purpose. The sample images for this section of our products are made only to demonstrate the overall idea of how the personalised product will look. The final design will be unique in most cases. When providing information required for the design of personalised products, it is Your responsibility to ensure that this information is correct.
The sales of physical items are limited to the United Kingdom, while digital downloads are sold worldwide.

ORDER PROCESSING
The Order submission is supported by the Website. During the check-out process, You have the possibility to check your Order for errors and amend them before submitting the Order. It is Your responsibility to ensure that all information included in Your Order is correct. At the submission of Your Order, You will receive an automatic confirmation (Order Confirmation) which You need to check and inform Us of any errors. The Order is considered a Contract between You and the Company unless it is objected to cancellation in cases described below.

Some of Our Products, especially those with the personalisation option, involve cooperation with Our business partners providing Print On Demand (POD) services. These POD companies will receive from Us Your Personal Data related to the Order but only to the extent necessary to finalise and ship the Order. The processing times for different Products are stated in their descriptions on the Website and serve as an approximation. In times of increased demand, there might be delays on Our side or the side of our business partners. We will inform you about any circumstances preventing Us from fulfilling Your Order on time.
PAYMENT
Before placing Your Order You will be given the total price of any Products in Your shopping basket and any additional shipping charges. The Products’ prices do not include VAT as the Company is a small business with no obligation to register for VAT.
Your payment will be taken by payment providers as stated on Our check-out page provided by WooCommerce. For this, You will be asked to submit Your credit or debit card details so that the payment can be taken immediately or in any case before delivery of the Products.
If You decide to pay using the bank transfer option, You will be provided with Our bank details. In this case, You will transfer the full amount related to Your Order using Your bank account and include the Order number as a reference for its identification. The processing time for Your Order in this case will start when We receive Your payment.
SHIPPING TERMS AND TIME FRAMES
The choice of the delivery service for Your Order differs depending on which Products the Order contains.
For products that are finished and shipped by Our fulfilment partners, the choice of the delivery service is beyond our control. However, We will provide You with the tracking number and approximate delivery times as soon as We receive them.
For Products that do not require personalisation, the shipment will be made within 1-3 days using either Royal Mail or Evry services depending on the size and weight of the parcel. We use second class “signed for” or other trackable options and will send You the tracking number as soon as it becomes available to us.
You will receive a notification when Your order was shipped. Please allow for up to seven working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital downloads are products considered consumed at the point of sale and will be made available via a link to a digital download. No physical item will be shipped for the part of the Order that contains Products marked as digital downloads.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment You place Your Order and ends 14 days from the day you receive Your goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify Us via email at contact[at]11thhouse.co.uk or the Contact page of Our Website about cancelling the Order before the cancellation period has expired. Please include Your Order reference number in Your cancellation notice.
Exclusions
You will not have any right to cancel Your Order for the supply of Products that are made to the Your specification or are clearly personalised. This is usually stated in the description of corresponding Products on the Website.
In addition, You will lose your right to cancel if You combine Our Products with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
Returns
If You are in possession of the goods You are under the duty to take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to Us to our Return Address at Your own cost (unless We delivered the item to You in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once You have cancelled the Order. We will provide You with Our Return Address upon receiving Your cancellation. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if You do not return the goods or return them at Our expense.
Refunds
For Products that were not sent to you before Your cancellation, the refund will be issued within 1-3 days upon receiving Your cancellation notice provided that the Products were not except on the Website (personalised products) and the reason for the cancellation is not related to the Product’s production quality. For Products that You have to return to Us, the refund will be issued within 1-3 days upon receiving or retrieving those Products from You subtracting any additional charges connected to the retrieval process as stated above.
The funds will be returned to You using the payment details provided by You at checkout provided the Payment Processors can retrieve them for Us. Otherwise, We will ask You for payment details to conduct the refund. Please allow for additional 1-3 days for the bank transfer of Your refund.
DISCLAIMER
Website uptime
We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly We will not be liable if the Website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible We always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in the Website down time but We shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
