We usually dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. In cases where shipping is delegated to our fulfilment partners, it may take additional 3-7 days and is usually specified in the product description.
The shipping costs for your order are calculated automatically depending on the product categories in your order as explained below which are part of our Terms of Service that fully apply here.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping for the following categories:
- our “in-house” products such as polymer clay and 3D print-based earrings;
- all prints finished by our POD fulfilment partner;
- digital downloads.
Flat rates
Shipping costs for products which we buy as stock, depend on the categories of these products as follows:
- Flat rate £2.45 – Royal Mail large letter 2nd class signed for – for items under 100 g weight
- Flat rate £3.05 – Royal Mail large letter 2nd class signed for – for items of 101-200 g weight
- Flat rate £4.35 – Royal Mail small parcel 2nd class signed for – for items < 2000 g that are higher than 2.5 cm.
If an order contains products from different categories, the shipping costs are added but only once per category. This is because different categories require different packaging and are usually sent in different parcels.
